Just got back from hols and heard about this over at rmluk....
Apart from the internal problems at Live Publishing, its a damn shame that RG has gone as it contained some great writing (obv including Frank's column).
Maybe Future will buy it, who knows?

Hi Guys, Live publishing has indeed gone into administration. I had an e mail from Dave Cusic confirming that fact and thanking me for being Mod and letting me know that the forum would be closed. The live forum is no longer online.

No more news to give you on the Live/Retro Gamer front itself. However, I will tell you that several of the ex-freelancers are working together to make something special... a sort of farewell issue, if you like. Find out more at: RETRO SURVIVAL FORUM

It is a crying shame about the end for Retro Gamer. I never thought it would happen so early. I feel sorry for those people who spent so much time in their job, preparing lots of research and information for the magazine. I would like to wish Martyn Carroll and the rest of the Retro Gamer staff the best of luck for the future. Please send my best regards to them all

Latest news on Live Publishing...
They officially went into administration on the 27th September. Assets of the business were sold to Magnesium Media Limited.
The administrators hold out little hope of payment to unsecured creditors.
